1.Uttrakhand: Fire erupts in the Barahat range forests of the Uttarkashi district. Indo-Tibetian Border Police (ITBP) personnel engaged in dousing the flames. Approximately 9 hectares of forest land damaged in the fire according to Divisional Forest Officer, Sandeep Kumar.
2.Manipur- Irang Bridge which connects Imphal-Jiribam road on National Highway 37 at Taobam village in Tamenglong district collapses.
3.Delhi Public buses begin running with full seating capacity from today. No passenger will be allowed to travel standing.
